You have the information before you, now it's time to commit. Pick your service and your time. We will have everything ready for your arrival.
Once you Book with us, we set aside the time for your appointment. This blocks anyone else from your desired time. If however, you cancel or no show this impedes us from other guests who may want to book. When you book with us please make sure that you are able to attend the time that is set aside. The full amount will be taken for canceled or no-show appointments.
If you have to cancel your appointment. you have up to 48hrs to do so. otherwise, you will be charged the full-service time. If you are running late I will not extend our time, I will suggest booking at another time or I will work just for the remainder of the time left in your booking.
